Normal wear, customer-caused damage, incorrect sizing, misuse, washing, alterations, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered product defects.
10. Shipping

Any shipping or delivery date provided is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, high order volume, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Local Pickup
Customers who select local pickup must collect their order from the designated Amazing Stylz location during available pickup hours.
Do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that the order is ready.
The person collecting the order may be required to present:
